Why can't I see some modules and materials?

Hello. I'm not very strong in Joomla, so don't kick me hard. I have a question. They created a user for me, gave him an admin and a superuser. But for some reason I don’t see the categories with news and the news themselves in the materials, although they are on the site. Tell me why and how to fix it?

If this is true, then look in the access control list for what could be disabled for this user. Since you are a "super administrator" (in Zhumla's terminology, this is called such a term), then you should also see restrictions for users. Look for yours.
The second option - maybe they have some kind of extension to display the news. Look in the modules for the desired position where the content is displayed.
