Why can't I see paid plugins?

I bought the mSearch2 plugin. I go to the package manager, select the provider modstore.pro, select the plugin I need (or type in the search - the result is one), and I get the answer - "There is no data to display." Prompt what to do and in what direction to dig. Tried to update Modx - did not help.

Everything that I highlighted in red on the screen - I poked, it answers everything - "There is no data to display"

These are all additions from the modstore provider, you have every right to contact them in technical support, it seems that there have been some problems recently. Regarding mSearch2, you can always contact the creator, you, as the purchaser of the component, have such an annual right
