The slider is not displayed because this is the maximum length of your composition - 02:18
Change the duration of the composition:
Composition> Composition Settings (Composition> Composition Settings), or Ctrl + K. when the composition is selected in the project window or active in the timeline.
Well, or create a new one, in which you specify the desired duration.
