Why can't I run the program in Windows 10?

Downloaded from the site any desk. I'm trying to run the installer, but nothing happens.
What to do?
I noticed that this is not the first program that does not want to start.

Everyone found a solution.
RMB in Start/Control Panel/User Accounts/User Accounts/Change User Account Control settings/set to the recommended value (default).
