Why can't I resolve an IP address to a domain name?

I'm trying to find out ip by domain (habr.com):

$ nslookup -q=A habr.com
Server:		127.0.0.53
Address:	127.0.0.53#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:	habr.com
Address: 178.248.237.68

And then I try to do it back:
$ nslookup -q=PTR 178.248.237.68
Server:		127.0.0.53
Address:	127.0.0.53#53

** server can't find 68.237.248.178.in-addr.arpa: NXDOMAIN

Why doesn't the reverse process work?
