Why can't I leave a comment under the article?

The ability to comment on articles on Habré disappeared (yesterday or the day before yesterday everything was fine). I use IE 11 at work. The "Submit" button is inactive, and when I try to reply to another comment, I catch the error "comment_show_reply_form" is not defined. "I wanted to write to the Habr support service, but I couldn't send a description of the problem there for the same reason, I suppose We have a
very complicated setting of allowed addresses at work (scripts may not be loaded), but I don’t see anything criminal in the logs, and yesterday / the day before yesterday everything worked fine.
Was there some kind of update? Removed support for Internet Explorer?)
