Why can't I install via Unity Hub?

Started installing Unity. At the end, it gave an error Installation Failed Something went wrong installing.
Since then, when trying to install any version of the unit, nothing happens. I tried to install Visual C ++, it turned out that I have it installed. I also tried to install the version from unity3d.com, but the site does not open, although the Internet is excellent.
I am completely bewildered. Help me please.
