Why can't I install Ubuntu on Windows 10?

Enabled developer mode.
I went to the microsoft website and logged in.
Now I press the "install" button, but nothing happens.
What could be the problem?
It's possible that ubuntu won't install because I installed windows 10 ltce.

Do you want to make it a second OC or overwrite Windows with a new OC?
