Why can't I install lubuntu?

I'm trying to install Lubuntu 18 from a flash drive, divided the disk into two, put one ext4 on 40 GB /, and put the second 80 GB / home, after clicking on the installation an error occurs. I have already tried a lot and format, etc., but to no avail. Tell me, please, how to install?
