Why can't I get to the initial setup page after installing Zabbix?

Hello, I installed zabbix according to the instructions . Immediately after setting up, I try to go to the ip address of the server and the usual nginx page is displayed: Welcome to nginx!

What could be wrong, did you install it on a clean system?
