Why can't I get data from Instagram?

Connected to Instagram using their api. I get the number of likes and comments. The joke is that for some posts the data is obtained, but for some I get the answer "invalid media id". Although I get the ID of the media object in the same way.
What can be wrong?

The problem turned out to be in sandbox mode. Restrictions are imposed on the posts with which work is in progress.
For full access, you need to exit the sandbox. Doesn't solve my problem, but it might help someone.
