Why can't I ever connect via SFTP?

Please help, for the 10th time I encounter a situation that filezilla does not connect via sftp
Every time the same thing - Connection is interrupted after 20 seconds of inactivity



Tried to disable Kaspersky, use other sftp clients - nothing helps.
Temporarily getting by with an online sftp client (filestash), but it's hell. What could be the problem? Each time there were DIFFERENT HOSTS and each time such a problem. Accesses are all valid (through online I enter without problems according to these data).

I don’t know if it will help ..
I only have mobile Internet (private home).
So, I connect through the beeline - I stop logging in via SFTP. Through mts - everything is OK.
