Why can't I create more than two Apache virtual hosts?

Installed Ampps and configured three virtual hosts in apache with ports 85, 86, 87, but the third one (87) is not available. Netstat writes that Apache is listening on port 87, but the site is not accessible. If you change port 87 to any other, then nothing will change. All required ports in the firewall are open.
