Why can't I create an infobase?

Good day everyone.
Raised on centos 1C Server 8.3.13 ....
Through the administration server 1C connected to the server (by remote ip. Everything is OK).
In the clusters section, I press "Create infobases", enter the data.

@adelkhalitov

The problem was solved by completely deleting all clusters, and accessing it by ip, and not by server name.

Adel Khalitov ,
what will you prove?
if you do nmap of the port outside the server, what do you get?
