Why can't I connect to the server and create a new one?

When trying to connect to the automatically created "PostgreSQL 14" server, it gives an error
connection to server at "localhost" (::1), port 5432 failed : FATAL: database "postgres" does not exist
When trying to create a new server, it gives a
timeout expired error

Found a solution. when creating a server, in the connection tab, enter "localhost" as the name / address of the server, enter "template1" in the "service database" column, and also specify the password.
