Why can't I connect to it when I create a WiFi hotspot on my computer using netsh?

Hello. The essence of the problem lies in the fact that when creating a WiFi access point on a computer using netsh, it is impossible to connect to it, namely, the device tries to get an ip address from the computer for a minute, after which it gives an error and turns off. What could be the problem?

Most likely not all settings are correct.
There is a simple virtual router program that performs all the necessary manipulations.

Try again to set all the network parameters and restart it, or even delete and recreate it. Everything connects to me (Win8.1), unlike just the option with programs such as virtual router and others, when I can’t log in in any way.
The only problem is if the computer hangs in semi-hibernation for a long time (i.e. officially does not sleep, but is not used), then there may be a problem with the login, especially if more than one device periodically works with the network (in my case, three). It is treated by stop-start of the network. But enough, I bought a router the other day. :) In addition, if the computer is suddenly heavily loaded, so it almost hangs, then the network also hangs, which is not encouraging. But as a spare or option, it will fit perfectly.
