Why can't I commit via ionic?

Good afternoon. Please tell me why I get an error that the git add command. #Commit does not work, and git commit, and push ... I set up appflow, wrote ionic git remote, authorized the application, selected the repository, but when I went to the commit step, nothing works, help)
PS: Here it is indicated what you need to write git [command], I tried to install git, from there I switched to rest, as I understand it, they renamed the git package, installed it, but the command did not work, maybe I'm a hand-ass?

remove "#Commit" to start
