Why can't I attach a document through the messages.send method with the attachment parameter?

I pass it to the attachmen t parameter : doc29062XXXX_496632XXX_be47a90afed4062982, a gif is attached, I try to pass it to the attachment parameter : doc1065XXXXX_48062XXXX_5915530e741699048c (this is a PNG attachment) I specify everything as in the instructions

type owner_id_media_id access_key

as a result, instead of PNG attachments, the result is just the text "..."
The same thing happens with PNG, JPG and OGG audio photo formats.
With the photos.createComment method, everything is fine there, the attachment parameter sends any files.
