Why can't I access the site from the mobile network?

Deployed the project to the server. I connect outside via wi-fi - it works correctly, the site is loading.
I'm trying to connect from a mobile network - it gives out 404. The link is definitely working.
nginx is listening on port 80.
Tried firewall to allow all incoming traffic - didn't help.
What could be the reason?
