Why can't I access the server after migrating a Hyper-V virtual machine?

Good afternoon.
I used Windows server 2012 r2 + Hyper-V.
I needed to move it to an SSD drive.
I cloned the contents of HDD to SSD (using Acronis True image).
Then I start Windows Server with SSD, run a virtual machine in Hyper-V, but the site that is located on it is not accessible from the network. Pings from the virtual machine itself are fine..
What am I doing wrong?

@fzfx

as an option - after these procedures, for some reason, the ip-address of the virtual machine has changed.
