Why can't I access my Raspberry Pi from a mobile device?

Can't access Raspberry Pi on LAN. Allocated a static address on the local network. When trying to connect via SSH or VNC, or simply pinging the Raspberry IP address from a mobile device via Wi-Fi, it fails. SSH returns No route to host, ping returns Destination Host Unreachable. At the same time, everything is fine from a computer connected via Ethernet. I don't understand why and how to fix it.

Computer IP address: 192.168.1.4
Smartphone IP address: 192.168.1.5
Raspberry IP address: 192.168.1.176

Wi-fi client isolation is disabled. At the same time, the IP of the computer can be easily pinged from a mobile device
