Why can't I access a folder on the server?

I have a back on express, in the static folder the uploads folder is loaded. It has img and gallery folders. When trying to access a file by url, files from the img folder are given normally, but not from the gallery folder. I can not understand why and how to fix it, the steps were similar. Ubuntu server.

Check the rights of the user under which you are running the server on these folders. Perhaps there are not enough rights to the gallery.
