Why can't hdd work in the drive (sled)?
So good evening guys. There was such a problem (although I’m rummaging through the hardware, but now some kind of jamb has nevertheless formed), I decided to purchase a sled, because. 120GB SSD is not enough (The old HDD that was at the time of purchase was pulled out and put on the shelf until my sled arrived). I ordered from AliExpress, everything came intact and in good packaging, but such a misfortune happened.
Slider: The
laptop is new, manufactured in 2014 - hence the ports in it are fresh, and there are no IDEs or anything else in it.
Well, here are the ports at the sled itself:
Sata
mSata The cant
is this: neither the BIOS nor the system sees the HDD / SSD (already inserted) when the sled is connected.
I did some test: I put it into the standard HDD connector (it doesn’t matter which one, because both of them work. I checked it like this: I put one in, started the laptop - Windows turned on, put the second one in the same way) loading Windows, Windows loaded - I stuck the sled with HDD, and the laptop instantly turned off (HDD also changed places).
I also left an empty standard slot for the HDD, and tried to start it through the sled - the download does not go.
I have absolutely no idea what to do.
(I am writing after an hour of picking) I realized that the HDD works when connected (it makes sounds :)), but it does not seem to have enough power.
A bit of bios:
your opinion, or what else could it be?

I join SyavaSyava - the Chinese adapter is faulty.
I recently bought a similar one in NIKS - no problems, everything turned on right away and works. The system in the laptop on the SSD, the file washer on the HDD in the adapter.
