Why can't google adsense show ads on my site?

Greetings, I registered an account in google adsense, inserted the code on the page of my site, but for some reason there are no ads, in my Google account it says:
The ad block has been created.
Place the ad code on the bulletin board olxs.ru
Apply for another website, the
first item is ticked and the second is not, the block status is new, on other sites it says that the blocks are active, and all the rules work, but not on this one. What could be the problem? site www.olxs.ru
