Why can't get RabbitMQ data?

On the rabbitMQ status request command, sudo rabbitmqctl -q status -n [email protected]
I get the following response:

Error: unable to connect to node [email protected]: nodedown

Actually, what could be the problem, because in the line - demo: [{rabbit,37732}] the correct data is indicated, but it still does not find it. What did I miss?
