Why can't find the method?

I have "laravel/framework": "5.6.*",no idea why I get undefined in development environment?
I'm using PHPStrom!

Put barryvdh/laravel-ide-helper , pay attention to the section "Automatic phpDocs generation for Laravel Fluent methods" in the package dock, enjoy life.
PS Those who insert the code with screenshots will have a separate cauldron in hell.
