Why can't find the HaarCascade class?

emgucv 3.1, VS 2010, I do everything exactly according to the tutorials (except for the emgu version), and there an error pops up like there is no haari cascade or there is a Capture class. For example, here it gives an error on the HaarCascade class (www.pvsm.ru/net/4192). Can these classes be added dressed?
UPD: Installed emgu 2.4 everything works, who knows how to do it in 3.1 so that everything works?
