Why can elements be accessed only after 5 minutes?

Hello. I don't understand what the problem is. When I create an element on the form using a graphical editor, then in .cpp files I can access these elements only after 5-6 minutes. Reloading the project is useless, you still need to wait for a certain time when you can access the elements. I tried to copy the objectname directly from the element properties panel and paste them into the code (I assumed that because of the font I could confuse i and l, etc.), but still the result is the same: you need to wait before accessing the elements

qmake, then compile and you're good to go.
