Why can an internal server error appear?

There is a site on Yii. I use yiibooster in the admin. Locally in (Windows, OpenServer, apache) there are no errors either on the site or in the admin panel. When transferring to a server (Unix, nginx), there are no errors on the site, but when going to the admin panel, an error 500 internal server error appears. By testing, I realized that it occurs in the place where I refer to the yiibooster widgets.
For example here <?php $this->widget('booster.widgets.TbExtendedGridView', array(...));?>
How can this error be fixed, who had similar problems?

@gogolinsky

Can't find server logs.
The problem was solved by disabling APC and switching to php 5.5

Wanging is a thankless task. Parse web server logs first.
