Why can a Yearlink phone with Mikrotik not see the dns of the north and does not respond?
Good day, colleagues. I say right away, I’m setting up SIP phones with Mikrotik for the first time, I haven’t had to before, so I may not know some obvious things.
I have a question by phone Yearlink T23G.
He does not want to see the dns server, ping and update the time via NTP, the entrance would be a banal situation, the phone does not see the network, however, the computer that is turned on in the same phone in bridge mode works fine, pings and has no problems at all. In the phone itself, access from any computer except that it is connected through the bridge is not available. At the same time, he receives an ip address, and the logs show that he is trying to connect to the local ntp server but cannot.
The phone itself is working, and if it is included in a regular home network, it perfectly finds all addresses and registers an account, but it is not friendly with Mikrotik, but I can’t understand the reason, or at least where to dig.
The firewall to Mikrotik, through which it accesses dns, does not have prohibitive rules, and even if they existed, either the ip address or port would be blocked, but there are no problems with them.

You did not describe the Mikrotik settings, so the local magicians and sorcerers turn on Wang and assume:
a) vlan is enabled on yealinke, for example 10 ... it cannot get an address, or vice versa, but vlans are configured crookedly on Mikrotik
b) crookedly configured switch
c) check routes for telephony and firewall permissions for addressing in the telephone network
