Why can a stream hang after a long playback?

Hello. Why can the stream hang during playback, i.e. not immediately, but if it plays for 30-40 minutes - minimize, expand the application, press "stop", then even if it hangs a little in the background, press "play" - the information clings, but there is no sound. It only helps to close the application and that's it. Yes, there is no OOP. Here posted https://github.com/maksmkv/C-radio_online
