Why can a chrome extension record videos?

Greetings. Maybe a stupid question, but still .. obs, no matter how he didn’t twist it, doesn’t want to capture the video properly, freezes Josko. The Xbox panel in Windows 10 generally tells me that I have a very old and bad laptop and screen capture is not possible. And the chrome extension works like e charm, although the picture quality is not the best. Why is that? After all, the same process is going on on my side, by the forces of my camper?! Or not?

In quality and business. Higher quality - more processing resources required. Experiment with settings, try different codecs, try using nvidia nvenc or intel quicksync.
