Why blurry logo in wordpress theme?

I change the logo in the Avira theme to wordpress. No matter what initial quality is used, the logo is always blurry. Blurred on any devices with any screen resolution. Tried both png and jpg.

Disable image resizing in wordpress or replace image with ftp after uploading it to wordpress
