Why authorization in IIS flies every 20-30 minutes?

IIS is installed on a personal computer with Windows Home Basic. There are no server controls.

According to Google, the problem is most likely with the automatic restart of various services. What can be done? Where to dig?

As far as I remember, by default in the pool settings there is a 20-minute idle time-out, after which the pool is extinguished (if there were no requests during this time). If the authentication is non-persistent, then it will fail when the pool is rebooted.
