Why aren't images displayed in Firefox and websites aren't loading?

I have a problem with Mozilla Firefox.
I went to watch the HTML Academy stream on Youtube and then the page reloaded and it doesn't load any further.
I can't load images on Toaster.
Has anyone experienced this?
Browser restarted, history, cache cleared, computer hasn't restarted yet (I can't restart yet)

Try creating a new profile - will the problem persist there?
Open about:profiles, there is a Create a new profile button.
If the problem disappears - it's in the settings (maybe proxy?) And plugins.
