Why aren't hints removed in Google Chrome?

Good day! Can you please tell me how / where to remove the address bar hints in Google Chrome? I followed the link from the comments in VK, deleted the story, but the hint still remains. Shift + Delete doesn't help. Google profile does not even have this request. There is nothing in the bookmarks, although I have 13 bookmarks in the information about the profile, but only 10 are displayed. I deleted the browser completely, but this does not make sense because the hint is synchronized with the Google account.
