Why aren't changes applied in Django?

Installed Django on the Beget server. Everything works, the problem is that when I make changes to the project, they are visible after about 30 minutes.
I work in a virtual environment.
With Python, I just started working and did not fully understand what could be the problem.
Can anyone come across or at least understand where to dig?

It helped me to use the command touch restart.txtto reapply the changes.
