Why aren't apps for the music cache in the AppStore removed?
Long before the launch of AppleMusic, Apple began to remove applications that allow you to cache music (without payment, Yandex or Google music does not count), in June 2014 all such applications were removed from the store. But from time to time, applications appear in the AppStore that work with the VK API and that can cache music.
I didn’t really follow this topic, but I remember installing such an application half a year ago, just a couple of weeks later it was no longer in the store. Now such an application has appeared again, it has been holding for a week. Has Apple softened its policy on this? I did not find any prohibition in the official guide , there is only this:
8.6
Apps that include the third ability to download music or video content from party sources (eg YouTube, SoundCloud, Vimeo, etc) without explicit authorization from those sources will be rejected
