Why are these vectors linearly dependent?
I'm trying to prove
the Determinant in MatLab
a=[1 3 -1; 2 -1 5; -1 1 -3]
det(a)
It turns out 0. So the only option is for XY and Z to be equal to 0 at the same time, so those 3 vectors are not linearly dependent, which means they are not coplanar.
