Why are there two versions of the site on the same domain?

there is such a situation: there was a site on the timeweb, and the domain and the site itself. then the site was transferred to vds and registered an A-record in the domain settings directing to IP vds. in general, the site works as expected - the version with vds is shown, but for some users (many) the old version from the timeweb is shown.
dig a site.com +shortshows the correct IP,
I thought that the problem is in IPv6, but support for both vds and the timeweb says that this is not the case and that there are no problems with the site at all, nevertheless people complain that the wrong one opens (the cache option also does not roll, because it is already more Years as it works according to this scheme, already the cache everywhere had to be updated
, what could be the problem?
