Why are there so few practical programming lessons for beginners?

I want to write 10-20 simple games: snake, tic-tac-toe, tetris, life (I can list many more)
I'll explain with an example:
Here's how to crop in Photoshop for a beginner more than a million of these lessons in all languages.
but how to write tic-tac-toe in C (not much more difficult than making a crop in Photoshop)
I didn’t find a single detailed one in Russian right away. Or is this an incorrect question, but should we start with other programs?

You either don't know how to use Google, or you're just trolling.

There are even video lessons in Russian.
