Why are there no styles when accessing localhost from outside?

Hello everyone, the problem is this:
I deployed opencart and magento on my machine.
Locally, they are available to me:
localhost/opencart
localhost/magento
From outside, respectively, they are available, I switch to them from another provider:
ip:8081/opencart - available, but no styles

ip:8081/magento - after switching to the browser from outside, redirect on localhost
Locally everything works and displays correctly. Tell me pliz where could not be configured correctly?
