Why are the wrong links in Bitrix displayed in the menu?

Hello everybody! The problem is that links to sections in the menu on the left are displayed incorrectly.
These are links from the menu

and these are links from the catalog (as needed - the section and subsection are displayed)

here is the code from the infoblock settings:

URL страницы раздела:	/catalog/#SECTION_CODE_PATH#/#SECTION_CODE#/

and from the settings of the Catalog component:
Раздел: catalog/#SECTION_CODE_PATH#/

Are you using advanced menu output?
#MENU#_ext.php, see what parameters are specified there.

Make the CNC settings the same everywhere
For example:
/catalog/#SECTION_CODE#/
