Why are the pictures downloaded from the application not displayed in the phone gallery?

Hello friends!
I describe the situation:

We have an android application with wallpaper for the phone. After the last update, wallpapers downloaded from the application are not displayed in the gallery. Through the file explorer, I find them i.e. in fact they are downloading.

We can't figure out why this happened. We tried to change the save folder, chose Downoad and DCIM. Did not help.

Please tell me how to fix this?
