Why are the links in post titles in the BuddyPress activity feed not in NC format?

I don’t know if my question is related to BuddyPress or directly to my site template, but here is the situation:
On my site, CNC is configured everywhere, everything is fine everywhere, but it is in the activity feed (global and individual user) that the titles of individual posts have a default format URL "?p=*". When you click there, then there is a redirect, as if everything is OK, but a bunch of extra redirects appear, which is not good in the eyes of search engines. What can be done here to have CNC everywhere?

Also in the same activity feed of an individual user, the post date has a "global" URL: for example, /activity/p/599/ which then redirects to /members/izgoba/activity/599/ . Again, extra redirects, duplicates, Yandex swears. What can be done here, how to remove these redirects, where to dig?
