Why are the letters "c" and "i" displayed incorrectly in Google Chrome?

The Latin letter "c" becomes "o". "i" to "I". Makes reading very difficult. When enlarged, the letters are displayed correctly.
Chrome browser, looked through IE - the problem persists. That is, the problem is not in the browser. Haven't checked other browsers. Windows 7:
Standard pre-installed fonts work in Chrome font settings.
I did not update the video driver and did not affect the system in any way.
