Why are the commands in the terminal that I wrote earlier sent to the OS immediately after I copy and paste on a new line even before I hit enter?
I write some command in the terminal, I press the enter key. And for example, I get an answer that I wrote the command incorrectly, or I want to add some parameter to the command, I copy and paste the command that I entered earlier in the terminal into a new line to edit. But it immediately goes, as if I pressed enter.
Is it possible to somehow configure the terminal to send commands only when I press enter?

It is possible to call the previous command with the up arrow.
And when copying, you capture the newline, so it is "introduced".
