Why are the checkboxes for accessing TV modx revolution templates not displayed?

I actually installed the MODX Revolution 2.2.10-pl assembly on denwer, but there were problems: when creating a tv and trying to configure it, the checkbox fields are not available (they are stupidly missing), where there is a choice of access to the template, there are also some icons in file manager on the left, visually it looks like this:

what could be the problem? and how to solve it?
