Why are the attributes not showing up?

Imported attributes from one copy of the store to another (shops are identical)
But they are not in the settings, or rather they are not displayed, but it shows that n out of k is displayed

This is with attributes and their groups, imported all 4 tables
What can be? Maybe there is another table?
