Why are styles not pulling up in WP?

I can not understand why the styles are not pulled up.

Because links to HTTP resources of a page served via HTTPS are an error. Change everything the same and you won't have any problems. Or disable mixed content blocking in your browser.

Most likely, in the plugin or theme code, links are written to files with the http protocol.

Because in the wordpress admin you have a site without http. change to https and everything will work
